Just got back from Martha's Vineyard, chasing false albacore with my Conquistador 9wt and 10wt prototypes. Modern big glass fly rods are lots of fun with fast and strong fish, and also very forgiving for jetty angling. I posted few more photos from the trip in my other blog.

Beach Bum Steampunkers
I am done with all my current graphite projects, and this is the last pair of my saltwater 9wt and 10wt. Very light, great casting rods. Also, I have just finished another Old Empire Glass 3wt which will be photographed and put up for sale shortly. Stay tuned and check back in a day or two...

Catching Up 2
In between recent glass rod orders (top photo), I just completed a graphite stick for myself, for the upcoming trip to Martha's Vineyard. Meet the retro-futuristic fly rod, Euthynnus 9' 10wt 4pc...a rod dedicated to little tunny/false albacore (Euthynnus aletterattus.)
